Terms & Conditions

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Accounts are created and authenticated through Google/Firebase sign-in; you may additionally secure your account with a PIN and, on supported devices, biometric unlock. You are responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping your sign-in credentials and PIN confidential, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use.

SynapseGo brings together several products under one account:

• WiFi hotspot sessions — paid access to hotspot connectivity via a captive portal.
• Prepaid Fibr — management of prepaid home/business fiber plans and subscriptions.
• Picklebook — discovery and booking of pickleball courts operated by independent facility partners.
• Open Play — drop-in sessions posted by facility partners that you can join without booking a full court.

Facilities listed on Picklebook are operated by independent third-party partners, not by RPR 1030 Corp. We provide the booking platform and payment flow; the facility is responsible for the court, equipment, venue safety, and staff conduct.

Creating a Picklebook booking places a temporary hold on the selected slot — it is not a confirmed booking. The hold reserves the slot for a limited window while you complete payment. If payment is not completed within that window, or is declined or abandoned, the hold is released and the slot goes back on sale. A booking is only confirmed once payment has settled.

Payments (including GCash and other QR Ph methods) are processed through PayMongo, a licensed third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card, GCash, or bank credentials. In the rare case a payment is captured after a slot is no longer available, the amount is refundable — contact us through our helpdesk (below) with your booking reference.

Prices for court bookings, Open Play sessions, WiFi sessions, and Prepaid Fibr plans are set by the relevant facility or service and displayed before you pay. Cancellation and refund terms for a confirmed booking are set by the facility and shown at the time of booking; a hold that lapses before payment is simply released, not charged.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any facility's posted rules.
• Attempt to circumvent payment, holds, or session limits (e.g. reselling WiFi access or court holds).
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Services, our WiFi infrastructure, or other users' access.
• Misrepresent your identity or share your account, PIN, or trusted-device access with others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or a facility's posted policies.

The Services rely on third parties, including Google/Firebase for authentication and PayMongo for payment processing. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for outages or errors originating from third-party providers.

The SynapseGo name, logo, app, and website are owned by RPR 1030 Corp or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Services normally.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPR 1030 Corp disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including conduct at a partner facility, connectivity interruptions, or third-party payment failures. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms, to protect the security or integrity of the Services, or as required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
